Si Training & Consulting have been appointed by Stoke NHS to co-create a Patient Behaviour Model using the Insights DISCOVERY framework. As part of a drive to enhance patients concordance and motivation to care programmes, Si Training and Metaphorics are coaching all staff from 2 GP practices using the DISCOVERY model. The aim is to improve the patient experience and enhance their commitment by engaging them according to their preferred style of characteristics and connection.

December 2008 "Si on-track with Network Rail"
All staff from Network Rail’s Training & Development Centre at Westwood recently attended 2 Personal Effectiveness Workshops exploring the Insights DISCOVERY model. Si Training and Morley-Associates ran the workshops as part of a focus on team development for the 23 strong management team headed by David Williams (Head of Westwood)
October 2008 "England Netball Captain stars in Si Workshop"
During a recent Insights DISCOVERY workshop run by Si Training for the University of Bristol Netball Squad, three members of the England Team attended including the England Captain Eboni Beckford-Chambers. Over 23 players took part in the interactive day of Personal DISCOVERY. The new season for Bristol Netball Squads (part of the Tier 1 Focus Sports group) is eagerly awaited by coach Carl Hallbrook. Bristol captain Becca Hargreaves said the programme was "very insightful"
